Due to sanitation we cannot allow pets into treatment rooms

We'd advise against bringing children to treatments with you, there is a quite a bit of a equipment that could hurt a child and children can be disruptive for other patrons. We cannot be responsible for the care of children

Please turn your cellphone to vibrate or silent when coming for a treatment

Last minute cancellations/reschedules (cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment) and no shows will be charged for their service. If you've booked within 24 hours of the service it is considered a final booking, we do accept bookings 24 hours via email and our online booking service. If we can refill the (previously) booked time with another appointment we do not charge for the cancelled appointment! Our appointments are valid once booked, not pending receipt of a reminder from us (as they can get lost in spam folders etc.). We highly recommend using your agenda or phone's calendar as well for keeping your appointments!

Late arrivals may result in the client being considered a last minute cancellation if there is no longer sufficient time to provide the service.

It's also of great importance to us that our staff are treated well and with respect. Our staff will not be forced to come to work ill, can take vacations without guilt trips and aren't pushed into far too common place work exclusivity contracts.
